[REPORTED] CHANGING LASER CODE FOR WEAPON CHANGES D/L FREQ

I think they just summarily reject bug reports if you have mods installed because they don't have time to determine if mods are at fault or not. It seems highly unlikely that mods are at fault because they can't touch the logic that affects the UFC/MC/DL but that's how it goes.

Ok I will remove the mod tonight and rerun. I do have a friend who I am 99% sure doesn’t have the mod, who also has the issue.

We can't play back tracks properly unless we install the mod aircraft, and generally, the ED Team doesn't install mod aircraft.

Do I have to remove the mod completely from the game, or just the mission?

Just an observation here, but is it actually changing the channel or is it residual numbers left in the scratch pad?

I dunno if it’s right or wrong, but you can see the same thing when using the scratchpad for more than just that. You’ll have to hit “clear” and the data should delete.

Good point, but if you clear and switch to for example AP/ILS...and back to D/L it will show again the Laser code as frequency. BUT on the MIDS page the frequency is not changed. I have not enough time right now to test if D/L is actually influenced by this, will have a look tonight except ED is faster, i have to go to work now.
