METEOP Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 (edited) Curious, I tried searching but cannot find anything about this. Installed F14B this morning YAY!!!!!!!! Took it for a spin, omfg! But... no rendering on mirrors, I see just the grayish background and the lighting. Tried deleting the shader caches and repairing DCS and still no go. Anybody has a clue? Brainless Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 I had similar problem once, image on the mirrors frozen with some kind of glare/reflection. Trying to recreate it again. Ryzen 5900X (Water), 64GB DDR4@3600CL16, RTX 3090 (Water), U4021QW, Samsung 980 Pro 2TB, 2x1000GB RAID 1, 2000GB, Thrustmaster Warthog + MFG Crosswind, Reverb G2 V2
Vander Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Press M to turn mirrors on/off. When off, you don’t see black mirrors as in other planes, but a simple ( I guess cube map ) reflection. Actually kind of cool, I hope other modules would do the same.
Schweppes Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Is there a way to adjust image quality showing in the mirrors? Mine looks really bad.

I think they're just really dirty. I could see flares in them but that's about all. I'm beginning to think they took the "This plane is old look" a little too far. But I did see a key for it, somewhere, and planned on seeing if that makes a difference.
