A101Wayz Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 The F-14 is still in Early Access. You have to be running the Open Beta version of DCS. V2.5.4.28461 If you're using the Steam version of DCS, just select the game in your library, right click on it, select properties and on the Betas tab, select "Open Beta - public beta versions". It will then install the Beta version and you should have access to your F-14 Wayz Out Intel Core i9 9900K | ASUS ROG Strix Z390E Gaming MB | G.Skill Ripjaws V 32gb DDR4-3200 | GeForce RTX 2080 Ti | Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe HTC Vive Pro VR | Logitech G x56 HOTAS | Logitech G PRO Pedals

THX for Your help Doc I've never downloaded or installed the non steam version. But I would assume that you would install it like the Release version. One point to note: the Beta version and the Release version are incompatible with each other in Multiplayer... So if you have friends in multiplayer that you fly with, you won't be able to enter the same servers together unless they switch to the beta version as well. The_Nephilim Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 2 installs of DCS are not a problem they run independently of each other.. the only problem I would see is if you have enough Hard drive space for both installs ;) Intel Ultra 265K 5.5GHZ / Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Elite / MSI 4070Ti Ventus 12GB / SoundBlaster Z SoundCard / Corsair Vengance 64GB Ram / HP Reverb G2 / Samsung 980 Pro 2TB Games / Crucial 512GB M.2 Win 11 Pro 21H2 / ButtKicker Gamer / CoolerMaster TD500 Mesh V2 PC Case

Please help me Cheers Doc Hello, That in bold is very good already, but to make sure you REALLY have the latest (needed) Open Beta version, you should: - at windows command prompt; - go to your directory: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin (or something similar to this) - when there, type exactly like follows: DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta (pay attention to the underscore, and spaces) - follow the remaining instructions. If you have doubts post here, or read this: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=114030 Jets Helis Maps FC 3 JA 37 Ka-50 Caucasus F-14 A/B MiG-23 Mi-8 MTV2 Nevada F-16 C MiG-29 F/A-18 C Mirage III E MiG-21 bis Mirage 2000 C i7-4790 K , 16 GB DDR3 , GTX 1660 Ti 6GB , Samsung 860 QVO 1TB
Eldur Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Check this guide. Go into your DCS World\bin folder and run DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta in there, this will switch your installation to Open Beta. Usually the updates get transferred to the Stable versions a week later, but if something's broken in the OB, you might have to wait longer. You can always revert to Stable in case of issues though. To get to the bin folder, right click your DCS icon, then select Open file path (not sure how it's called since I'm not running an English Windows, it's the 3rd item in my case on W7). There... Hold Down Left Shift, and Right Click on the /Bin Folder and Choose Open Command Prompt Here). There, type in DCS_updater.exe update @openbeta €dit: Haven't been sniped at all, rather been mowed down by a M61
