Southpaw Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 (edited) After INS alignment is complete Jester is putting in the initial position and altitude again. I've only noticed then on MP servers with stored position and fine alignment. I haven't had time to experiment on SP, with different alignment types, and without stored position. viper2097 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Jester is not inputing it again, he just inputs it after the alignment. But sometimes I also noticed him doing it during the alignment. (But then not after it again) I only found out, that he is doing it twice if you are doing the alignment first (e.g. when starting up useing both seats and set him inactive during that.) BonerCat Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 I havent tested anything in that regard, but he may be putting in a home base waypoint(?) QuiGon Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 You have to enter the coordinates before the alignment, or during the first phase of the alignment at the latest. If Jester is inputting them after that he is cheating. BonerCat might be right though. Entering the Home Base waypoint after alignment makes sense. Super Grover Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Jester inputs all mission waypoints after he finishes entering the aircraft position. From the pilot's perspective, this may look like entering own coords because the pilot can't see which waypoint is hooked. Also, after Jester switches to INS, he verifies that own coordinates are correct. Krzysztof Sobczak Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/
