Something that would make wingmen more useful and realistic would be if we could ask them what their status is - for example, "engaged defensive at bulls 180 for 5, angels 5" or whatever.

Currently players receive updates on when wingmen decide to take an action, but we can not ask for an update on said action. Including a command like this would go a long way in helping with SA, it would make wingmen more useful, and it would be realistic.

They already do. Shorty after telling them to attack my target, I get their status update: “Ejecting!”

Sorry. Couldn’t resist.

Haha true. Let's move on then, back to asking for more modules!

Nah...we have enough modules for the moment. If people can't find something to entertain them with what we already have, I don't know what to say. Time for ED to get some ongoing issues cleaned up. And maybe they could add better integration of our wingnuts while they're at it.

As a "single player only" user, I agee with the OP. I have no idea how, but I'd simply assume it wouldn't be to difficult to implement this. Correct me if I'm wrong

:) Oh, I'm very aware of what it was. I don't know what it would take to implement it. That and a host of other wingnut improvements would be most welcome.
