Hi

Just wanted to express my admiration to you guys for the F 14 Tomcat module.

For so long have I played "Early Access" modules which were merely a "place holders".

Look at Mig 19 or even F18 (A year passed and still extremely raw).

Releasing such a high quality simulation on day one is definitely an achievement.

Flight model matches Natops charts, Systems and avionics behavior is realistic and matches POH, Graphics and attention to details is astonishing, unique (for DCS) AI crew member mechanic which actually works.

You have set a new standard for DCS in many ways and I really hope you will maintain it in the future.

Thank you!

Yep I agree totally. Personally I would have taken a function pit w/o Jester in December just to work on proficiency (which I still need work on), but I think Heatblur was right to hold off to avoid all the bad press on the forums from complaints about the capability gaps. Can't wait to see the improved capabilities as they are rolled out.

Great job Heatblur. I'm ready to put my pre-order in for whatever you do next :).

PS Heatblur please, please, please consider an F-14D at somepoint. Or at least the HUD and DFCS on a B.

Absolutely agree with you, Heatblur, you are the only DCS brand I feel REALLY deserve to be congratulated, seriously, this is a blast of a module and simply excels in almost every single thing it could...FM, Graphics (real photorealistics), systems, details (and I mean D E T A I L S), etc. and the ONLY ONE that being labeled as "early access" doesn't really feels like that...cant wait for the rest of the things to come (cokcpit weathering tech, better jester, carrier, A model, fine tunnings, etc.)...Guys, ALL of you can be really proud of your hard work, and believe me, we will not forget the effort and LOVE you put on this project.

Please, continue doing things as you are guys, you are the best of DCS!!!:)

My wild guess is they'd do anyway in case they get access to enough data to get there. Would appreciate it, as much as I love the old models anyway. And there's at least one very good reason not to take the D once it'd be there. I feel the need. And as far as I know the D is limited by a different inlet ramps programming to M 1.88, which, in my very humble opinion, is garbage. I know, maintenenance, costs etc... if I'm going to be that slow, I can take the Hornet anyway... rdlaugh.png
