Is there any command in single player for close flying formation?

 

Echellon, finger four etc.

Not at the moment. You can set your ai wingman to fly in extra close formation in the ME though

(With extra close, I mean closer than default)

In the Advanced waypoint options. Look for "Formation" and you can choose a distance. Something like "Close 39x39". Something like that.
