I don't have problems with the compass in MP or in SP training. I run stable version of DCS.

There are only two types of aircraft, fighters and targets. - Major Doyle "Wahoo" Nicholson, USMC

Anyone aware of an issue with Mirage compass alignment?

There used to be an INS/Mag compass issue with missions set in January but it was fixed several months ago, what is the mission's date as shown by the cockpit status bar (LCtrl+Y) ?

I don't know your your level knowledge about that, so excuse me if the question seems obvious.

Nevada has strong magnetic declination.

So there is significant difference in heading depending on your IDN setting: true heading (Cv) or magnetic heading (Cm).

(Cap = heading in French, Vrai = true, Magnetique = Magnetic :smilewink:)

Cv= Cm + declination.

Declination cap be East (+) or West (-).

Yea, sure. But the 2nd Mission in the Red Flag mission shows the correct heading. F2 view vs. Plane instruments. And the 4th mission also. Only the third mission shows random headings. Different on every start.
