If you had a previous picture uploaded with the same name and delete it again, and upload a different picture with the same name, photobucket will still show the old picture for quite a while. Plus, there's also a couple issues with size on photobucket, it alters the picture size so it may/or may not be what you want. So that's why i switched to imageshack for my sig. I think that most people have them so they can be easily recognized.
