Considering we have the Chromecat skin and the Christmas skin, I dont think a IRIAF skin would be too much of a problem if they just put the "fictional" tag in front. I believe he wants the skin to be built-in, so that when he enters any MP Server, the other players will see him with the skin, even if they dont have any user livery installed.
