LTPOD 41K Alt AGM-65F, SA-11, kill

With the new FA-18C TPOD (very light, no 9X).

 

I just destroyed a BUK SA-11 central radar car from (****41000) sorry, it was 44333 Alt with AGM-65F and turning cold, having 2 missiles fired at me that ran out.

Just curious as I haven’t tried the Tpod. How was the Tpod used in conjunction with the 65F which already has infrared targeting n display? Thks

The same doubts! It seems that synchronization is not yet possible.

- AGM65F armed and ready (DDI1)

- TPOD slew on target (DDI2 just keep zooming)

- lock will slave AGM65F

- wait till AGM65F finds designated lock on its own (no cloud, perhaps switch WTH for BLK)

- rifle

AGM65F is the TV one by the way, what the TPOD does is zoooooom so you're ready for actual max range lock when slaved

AGM65E is the laser one, a lot more hassle, (lot) shorter range also I estimate (not sure)

 

Hit a SA6 radar car from 45555 Alt that fired 2 missiles and just (barely) about made it out
