X-47B is likely the stealthiest of the list. Plus it is multirole. It can be stealth surveillance/recon drone, refueling tanker escorting other stealth aircraft, and probably can carry weapons.

Its the one I'd have. But everything on the list is classified. So it would be a guess on part of DCS as to the internal radar interaction between drone and in-sim radars. So as an AI aircraft in DCS, any stealth drone would be eye candy.

Reaper, Avenger, Heron for fixed wing, long endurance combat UAV

 

Firescout, Scheibel Campcopter for rotor UAV

X47 or the Boeing ones for stealth

 

 

Each one is useful in its own way.
