Is there a possibility to release a demo for a european comunity - i saw a black shark demo game was available for playing at maks air show this year?!

You can't buy what isn't finished . . . . Black Shark needs a bit of polishing first. If it was released right now, you'd very quickly start to hate it.

 

From what I've read of the MAKS demo, it was a very minimal, easy flight model, limited use mission overseen by the guys at ED. I'd question it's stability, security, and accuracy to the final version if released as a demo.

 

 

To draw a rough analogy, it'd be like using the original Lomac demo as a demo for the Su25T in Flaming Cliffs.

this has been covered a couple times as you have seen in the previous thread asking for a demo. Having a demo would be basically pointless for the following reasons:

1.) Most likely its not going to feature the Ka-50 Blackshark, just like how FC did not feature the Su-25T

2.) Once a demo is out, a lot of people who do not wish to buy Blackshark would just basically find ways to rip some of the effects and other goodies from the demo and add it to FC. (this was done when the FC demo was released)

3.) A demo will not be released before the actual game itself because the devs needs all the time and resources they can get to finish up the game rather than try to compress the game into a downloadable demo. If you are so eager to get black shark, by then you could actually buy the actual game itself rather than ask for a demo.

We want completed and stress-tested simulator, not something we'll put aside waiting for a next patch for fixing issues!
