[REPORTED]Shadow artifacts around textures

I have been experiencing a strange shadow-like artifact around every texture in game. It has been noticeable to a few weeks now.

 

It occurs when settings are on minimum and maximum, and is seen in hornet and tomcat.

 

Specs:

-Xeon e3 1231 v3

-GTX 1060 3GB

-16GB DDR3

-512GB SSD

 

-nvidia drivers 436.02

-windows 10

 

Fixes attempted:

-Deleted 'metashaders' and 'fxo' in \savedgames and \bazar\shaders

-Tested on user settings as well as minimum and maximum settings

Hi. Have noticed Artifact while flying around in the F-15, A-10, and of the F-18 which I do not own. I do not have screenshots of F-15 or A-10, but I have similar experiences. It is mainly visible on the Tail it seems. http://prnt.sc/oyrvia
