[NO BUG]Cockpit camera limits II

The limits of the closed canopy are now correct, but applies as well when the open canopy.

Previously, you could partially head lean out, the advantage in taxiing on the runway.

It should be like this anyway in DCS. There's only one camera limit and that applies to any canopy state for all aircraft.

 

Wishes for it to be changed were already made but it remains unchanged for now.
