[INVESTIGATING]Under afterburning, the aircraft did not increase its speed.

Hi! Hello everyone! I have a problem:

If you choose to start the game on the runway, the speed of the aircraft increases very slowly in the afterburner state during takeoff. After taking off, the aircraft continued to burn, but the speed could not continue to increase. If you choose to start the game on the apron, after the cold start, taxi to the runway. Everything is back to normal. With the burning of afterburner, the speed of the plane has increased rapidly.

Hi

I am not sure what has happened here, it maybe a corrupt mission.

Re-saving the mission fixed it for me.

Please ensure your DCS is up to date then open the mission and re-save, let us know if it helps

Hi! I uninstalled the F/A18C last night and reinstalled it. A similar task was created. The problem remains unchanged.

hi

Do you have any unofficial modifications?

if you are on stand alone version run a cleanup and repair ( if you are steam verify game cache) and then resave.

please attach your dcs.log so we can take a look.

thanks

This is the flight record of a similar mission that I recreated after I installed the F/A18C again.

Checking "options" in your track file, you have Game mode enabled.

• DCS>Options>Gameplay\GameFlightMode=True (checkbox ticked)

or perhaps set in the mission file (as CE SHI.trk is correct: ["easyFlight"] = false)

• ["easyFlight"] = true

Will adversely effect the performance of the F/A-18C.
