I did not know the Lockheed had quarterly updates

To whom it may concern,

I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that.

Thank you for you patience.

Hehe, I was worried you'd say that! :P Please PM what you want with an email address and I'll send you them. I'd rather not post hi res originals on the forum for obvious reasons.

Did someone mention Draken, the ancient green Swedish dragon who spits fire from the rear end?

I have a few photos from unusual views that I thought might be worth sharing.

Here she is! The IRST has been uninstalled. It's supposed to be installed between radome and nose gear.

This is where all the magic happens. Some components have been uninstalled including weapon control stick.

_big.jpg

The propulsion system. :smilewink:

Inside the mouth. Inspecting her teeth.

The business end.

A closer look at the digestion system.

_big.jpg

It's not as fast as it might appear. :smilewink:

Her teeth have accumulated "a bit" of radiation over the centuries. Note that the radiation meter is on the x10 scale! (It's alpha decay so no worries unless you want to kiss her.) Sorry for blurry image.

This mysterious dragon is DK-209. She used to fly for Finnish air force and today she serves as a training aircraft for future avionics technicians in Tampere College.
