In this image taken in 1944, one of Langley Research Center's Sikorsky YR-4B/HNS-1 helicopters is seen in the 30 x 60 Full Scale Tunnel. A technician sets up camera equipment for stop-action rotor-blade photos. The Sikorsky Company built hundreds of R-4 helicopters during World War II. It was the first mass-produced helicopter.

Dont think this was ever posted here...if it was, I couldnt find the original post. This here is the original crash of the SR-71 mothership, which collided with its drone in the late 60s.

Mig 29A (9-12) I guess. Iran Air Force operates between 24 to 40 MiG-29 Fulcrums, composed of MiG-29A fighters and MiG-29UB trainers. Iranian Fulcrums feature local, Russian and Indian upgrades, such as refueling probes, larger than standard drop tanks and wiring for adaptation to Western type air-to-air missiles. There are unconfirmed reports that during the 1991 Gulf War, eight Iraqi MiG-29 pilots managed to flee to Iran where their aircraft now serve in the IRIAF. As for the bullet casings, yeah pretty much except Mig 35.

Thanks. To me look like the flash from that gun would be blinding at night.

What do you guys think?

I've been in there a few times and I'm 6'2" 195lbs. Once you get in it's ok, there is a lot of room actually. Every year at Luke we had a extraction exercise and we had to pull a 150-200lb dummy out of a training we had, that was fun for the young pups. A D-model you could only get half your body in there. I hated changing cells!
