Gpruitt54 Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 I am interested in understanding specific aspects of the in-game graphics settings of DCS World. Specifically the various settings in MultiMonitor pull-down and aspect settings as well as other options in the graphics settings. Where can I see detailed information of what all the setting do in the game?
draconus Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 (edited) little old but explain some https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/documentation/dcs_user_manual/ note that cockpit display resolution is also responsible for mirror's quality edit: and that ended up being a "wish" :) Edited October 28, 2019 by draconus Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Harlikwin Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I agree that a tooltip description along with potential performance impact would be great for that. I've mostly got it figured out 1 year into DCS, but as beginner it would have helped alot. New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1) Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).
