I'm not sure why you'd 'bump' a 1 year old [NO BUG] thread with a new problem, rather than create a seperate report ?

 

I made a new mission - tested a Blue tactical commander and took control of a M1A2 Abrams at Ras Al Khaimah to shoot some trucks in Open Beta 2.5.5.38756 and can't reproduce your issue.

 

Perhaps create a new thread with more detail or attach your mission so someone can check it.

You need to click on the battlefield commanders icon on the left.

 

This is where you select who can control the assets, including if pilot can control vehicles
