Malacoda Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 I installed the latest version of open beta, but I was having problems with the cursor aligning with the menu fields, so I decided to uninstall the program and deleted "eagle dynamics" from the registry then down loaded the program again. It starts "fine", it searches for updates, but then it disappears and nothing happens. All I am left with is my desktop . I do have the "regular" version of DCS on the same computer and have no problems with it. any ideas? ...any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance Malacoda
draconus Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Try to repair DCS but be aware of the correct directories as to not do the repairs to the stable version. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/faq/709/ Also try renaming the \saved games\dcs open beta\ folder. It will start with new profile when trying to run the beta. Cursor allign can be a problem when not in full screen and when setting different resolution than your display native.
