[REPORTED] PRF after entering unselectable PRF Range scale

PRF does not switch back to pilot selected after entering unselectable PRF Range. E.g. Int is selected with RWS at 20 NM. After changing the range scale to 5NM and back to 20 NM, radar will stay in MED PRF.
