As above, game freezes during map loading mission editor, every map. have run repair, cleaned shaders, deleted settings.lua, reinstalled game, no dice. is there a nuclear option here that I haven't tried? Hello, I'd try the following: Rename the folder C:\Users\Cik\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta to something like C:\Users\Cik\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta.bak Then start DCS, it will detect that there is no DCS.openbeta folder and then it will create a new one with default values. Once DCS shows its main menu, exit DCS. Now, copy the Config folder from DCS.openbeta.bak onto the new DCS.openbeta (to recover your basic config and controls) Start DCS again ... does it work well now?
