steelrfan85 Posted January 31, 2020 Posted January 31, 2020 Is there a way to take video without watching the video after a mission?
Wakeshift Posted January 31, 2020 Posted January 31, 2020 Depending on what you mean, you can: - Save Track after mission, even without first clicking Watch Track; or - Use some video-capture program while playing, like OBS or similar If you are flying multiplayer, the track file is automatically saved, in your User/Saved Games/DCS/Tracks (may not be exact path, working from memory here) You can replay the track file (whatever.trk) at any time afterwards, and switch to outside camera views, take control midway, etc. Hope this helps. i7 9700k | GTX 1080 | 32 gb | X55 + ProFlight pedals | TrackIR | Win10 Caucasus | Nevada | Persian Gulf | Normandy | Channel | Syria A-10C | AV-8B | F/A-18C | F-16C | UH-1H | SA342 | Mi8 | Ka50 | FC3 | CA | SC | Kiowa
LuckyFromArma Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 I'm wondering if there's a way to convert Saved Tracks to video, other than playing the track and capturing it with something like Shadowplay.

I suppose you could use the "Record AVI" function under "Flight" in the Mission Editor. It'll still play the TRK, though, to make the recording.
