Depending on what you mean, you can:

- Save Track after mission, even without first clicking Watch Track; or

- Use some video-capture program while playing, like OBS or similar

 

If you are flying multiplayer, the track file is automatically saved, in your User/Saved Games/DCS/Tracks (may not be exact path, working from memory here)

 

You can replay the track file (whatever.trk) at any time afterwards, and switch to outside camera views, take control midway, etc.

I'm wondering if there's a way to convert Saved Tracks to video, other than playing the track and capturing it with something like Shadowplay.

I suppose you could use the "Record AVI" function under "Flight" in the Mission Editor. It'll still play the TRK, though, to make the recording.

I was wondering where that function had gone to. I remembered it used to be in DCS. It still is, I had just lost it! :D
