[ALREADY REPORTED]LTWS Bugging whilst on the ground

I've noticed some strange behaviour since the addition of TWS:

With the radar in RWS(LTWS) and operating on the ground, pressing NWS/Undesignate will cause the radar to 'Bug' a target in the air.

Assuming that LTWS is meant to even act that way (NWS used to bug targets), then surely we shouldnt be seeing this behaviour on the ground. AFAIK the Weight on Wheels sensor should disable the radar emissions whilst on the ground.

From what I've read in relevant threads, the NWS should step through the ranked trackfiles while in the air, with TDC priority to the radar, so that part seems to work OK.

Otherwise, I agree, the radar shouldn't emit and track anything with WonW, with the switch set to OPR and the NWS/Undesignate button should control the NWS, not the radar operation.

Interesting, I figured the LTWS wouldn't be operated the same as TWS just because it hasnt been that way up till now. However I can see that making sense.
I think just because the "undesignate to designate" mechanic was missing until now. From what I've read, it should also be available in LTWS.
