Hi Fellow Pilots,

How do I turn off the two MFD displays that have appeared on the right-hand side of my F-18?

Please see the image attached

Thank you in anticipation

Hi,

In answer to your question, it could be because I am running a Service called 'DCS Device Server' which drives an Android App on my MS Surface, which in turn allows me to control the Lower Centre MFD from touch on the MS Surface

If that is causing it, I will happily remove it if I can find the program I want that will allow me to control Left & Right MFD's on my Surface

Thanks

I don't use that service, that's probably why I've never seen it before.

Maybe check the User Guide for your DCS Device Server and move the MFD Exports to another monitor?

Do you only have a single screen?

I have only one monitor at this time, can I use this app?

Yes, you can use this app via virtual monitor.

You can make your own virtual (fake) monitor using dongle or connect another monitor cable to your current monitor. (you can see previous youtube video for more information -

)

DCS Device Server User Manual -> Quick Google

Intel I9 10900k @5.1GHz | MSI MEG Z490 Unify | Corsair Vengeance 64GB - 3600MHz | EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3
VPC T-50 Base /w Viper & Hornet Grip | VPC Rotor TCS Pro w/ Hawk-60 Grip | TM TPR
LG C2 42" | Reverb G2 | TIR 5 | PointCtrl | OpenKneeboard

I have triple screens, although I only use DCS on my center monitor in conjunction with TrackIR

Thank you for the link to the manual. I do not really want to use it to be honest, I want to get my surface to use as the MFD's. I have another thread somewhere asking about that. I am also looking into Helios I think to see if that it an option for me

Thanks
