XPACT Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 (edited) As the title says jet is still powered on when all electric panel switches are off (not all systems but hud/displays/radio/lighting etc are still on) except if you pull canopy seal lever which from that moment starts behaving like battery on/off switch if the battery switch is left in off position. This doesn't happen on cold start you need to start the jet up and then set all power switches to off, it will still have power until you pull canopy seal lever. Only thing that comes to mind is if this is some kind of safety feature? Honestly seems more like a bug to me :music_whistling: EDIT: After more testing, canopy has to be closed and you don't have to actually start the jet, when the canopy is closed if you put battery to off, canopy seal lever starts switching battery on/off Edited March 26, 2020 by uboats More info
uboats Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 it's not bug when canopy closed, the power from batt is automatically on [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] My DCS Mods, Skins, Utilities and Scripts | Windows 10 | i7-4790K | GTX 980Ti Hybrid | 32GB RAM | 3TB SSD | | TM Warthog Stick | CH Pro Throttle + Pro Pedal | TIR5 Pro | TM MFD Cougar | Gun Camera: PrtScn |
shaHeen-1 Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 I wonder if this is a quick fix for the MP battery issue. Will try next time.
AeriaGloria Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 No I think it’s a safety thing. Don’t want to get locked inside with no power to open the canopy and get out Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
