DCS Theatre: Caucasus

Battle duration: 2 hours - Two lives per pilot

Open slots: 40 - first come first served

Hosting server: 104th Dedicated Server

Rules

 

2 Lives per Pilot.

 

Same aircraft types on both red and blue

 

AV-8 F-14 F-18 Su-33 once chosen you must fly same type for whole mission

 

 

 

All Clients must be on the 104th Teamspeak server.

 

All Clients must have SRS installed

 

Client pings must be below 300. We reserve the right to remove you for high ping / packet loss!

 

You must have fun! Anyone found to be not having fun will be removed from the event

 

 



 

Weapon Restrictions



NONE!

 



 

GCI

 

4 GCI Slots are available for each side!

 

GCI Operators CANNOT fly and must stay on the scopes for the entire mission.

 

AWACS will be available for both sides, Combined Arms will be used for GCI.

 

Tanker and AWACS can not be shot down!

 

Carriers can be damaged by crashes or weapons so practice that landing please!

 

 

 

 

Sign Up



 

 

 

To Sign Up for the event you must have an account on ED forums, sign ups will be handled on a first come first served basis!

 

There will also be a Reserve List to replace pilots who do not show up.

 

You cannot sign up on your friends behalf, clients can only sign up themselves.

Event Schedule

 

Wednesday April 8th yup middle of the week.

17:00 Zulu - Teamspeak rooms open on 104th.

17:30 Zulu - Event briefing starts.

17:40 Zulu - Server open for 10 min test.

17:50 Zulu - Server passworded and open to event clients.

18:00 Zulu - Event Starts.

20:00 Zulu - Event Ends.

- The event's a bit too early for me (1800 zulu would be better). Can't be sure if I finish work on time these days.

Now that the images are available, I see that Red is also facing the same anti-air threats as Blue. A bit tough for the Su-33 bearing in mind its limited AG capabilities. Gotta gain air superiority first, I guess.
