antiload Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 Hi, I wonder if anyone can advise. I have set up a AAR test with my JF17. Starting on ramp,(hot). I use 'easy comms' but there is no option to contact my tanker. I tried TACAN - No tanker, like it does not exist. Playing in SP as Blufor, STEAM version - Tried other tankers, no luck. Please advise. Much appreiciated.

Rudel_chw Posted April 4, 2020 Posted April 4, 2020 And no TACAN from the Il-78M tanker too :( Unless you use @Hamza_Khan Mod  For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
FoxTrotAlpha691 Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 Unless you use @Hamza_Khan Mod  I did this today for the IL-78 but I did not know there was a mod for it, I added ' TACAN = true,' to the line above the CanopyGeoometry line using Notepad++ and was good to go.
Rudel_chw Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 I did this today for the IL-78 but I did not know there was a mod for it, I added ' TACAN = true,' to the line above the CanopyGeoometry line using Notepad++ and was good to go. I did the same as you, and then saved it in the form of a Mod, so that it is easy to redo after a DCS update.
