HoYa Posted April 22, 2020 Posted April 22, 2020 So, it turns out I’ve been running DCS beta. Which is what I don’t want since in VR I’ve had issues. So I deleted Everything I could find that said DCS in the hopes I could just reinstall DCS world. After I attempted to download it, I got a nag screen that said it could not reinstall since it was already installed, so I opted to run “DCS updater “ hoping to just have DCS world. This is what I have now Under c: user/USER/saved games/ I have DCS and a second folder DCS openbeta. I the DCS folder in config there is no “input” or planes listed In DCS.openbeta there is an “input” with my mods listed When I open the DCS icon it’s version 2.5.5.41371 None of my modules are listed as playable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
ctguy1955 Posted April 22, 2020 Posted April 22, 2020 I am sorry that no one is helping You. I have a lot of problems too where I can fly the Dora in version 47224, but its not listed in mods or coremods, so I cant go in and change anything. I am downloading version 47404 right now. Had to use the Admin prompt to do it, as it kept saying My 47224 was up to date using the GUI updater. good luck and hope someone with more knowledge comes and helps You. Clear Skies Mike

If you are not seeing your modules make sure you are logged in and you have used the module manager to install the modules. if you still have problems please attach your dcs from your saved games dcs logs folder and your autoupdate_log.txt from your install location thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing?
