Remember, when phantom drops, they will still fix a lot of bugs, and add new features to it, so the work won't go 100% for Typhoon. But anyway, I'm not expecting it sooner than 2025

Maybe you mean 2035, lol jk

But non ironically I doubt we will se a Thyphoon before 2030

They already started work over 2-3 years ago, I don't think we will wait that long.

I think yes, we are talking about Heablur... A fantastic 3rd party but non so great about timing. Remember the F-4 should have been released in Dec 2022, it's 1,5 year delay of a module almost ready. Here with the Typhoon it's not even close. And if we consider in the manitime the wand to push out the Viggen from the EA, introduce F-14A early, F-14 95GR and F-4E DMAS... So yeah, i would be surprised if it come before 2030.

I would point out that from F-14B and F-4E release there are 5 years

Keep in mind that the Eurofighter developed by Adams Simulation and Training for MCS and the Eurofighter developed By HB/TG for DCS are two completely different products.

The Eurofighter by AST was made as contract work (probably for the Luftwaffe) with access to all the needed classified documentation, hence why not much of it can be Transfered to the DCS Eurofighter (if their contract would even allow to do so).

I don't know if they are "completely different". Look at this picture from Heatblur. Waypoints are 71/69. Now look at the Waypoints in the Video. Also 71/69. Should they really use the same placeholders?

In these videos it's just textures. You'll notice that many of the instruments in the cockpit are static. What apparently works to some extend is the HUD and the HMSS.
