Noob question re skins

Hi, I have downloaded and installed some skins for the hornet, how do I go about choosing this livery for use on my jet? If I am using the standard missions etc, I presume I would need to change the livery within the mission.....?

In Falcon4, this was quite easy, you select from a drop down on the main menu, but I don’t see anything similar here

You can change the livery in the rearming menu.

 

Go for radio - ground crew - rearm and refuel.

 

Make sure the liveries are in the proper folder.

You can also choose liveries on loadoutscreen in ME before you start.

Of course need to be on the ground to do so. Or, in the mission editor, there is a tab for it after you have an aircraft selected. Be aware, many skins are tied to a specific country so if you do not see the skin, select the country is was created for (Cant change the country once the mission has started).

Mind you, while standing on a ramp, you can get to rearming menu a bit faster (without using radio comms) by pressing key combo: LeftAlt and " If I recall correctly.
