Are there vibrations and shaking in real KA-50?

I viewed the 1st Producers Note again and I wonder that there are no visible vibrations and shaking in the cockpit when the rotors came to life. Is this real?

I recently saw a Bell 212 rescue helicopter which was started just a few meters in front of me. When the rotors came to life the whole helicopter was shaking a little bit. I know its senseless to compare different helicopter types, its just a thought?:)

BTW, I've heard some newer and bigger helicopters have an 'active vibration mitigation system', how does it work, is it with like antiphase vibrations to cancel them out?
