MAXsenna Posted May 17, 2020 Posted May 17, 2020 1. Open the controls indicator in the game. It's everything centered? 2.If not, open the joystick app in Windows. Is everything centered here? I have the same joystick as you. I have never calibrated, never had any issues with DCS or any other games I've used it in. Sent from my ANE-LX1 using Tapatalk
Thunderbird Posted May 17, 2020 Author Posted May 17, 2020 Control Indicator all centered Trim Joystick app which one you use the default windows one?
Minsky Posted May 17, 2020 Posted May 17, 2020 (edited) T16000M is well known for its twitchy twist that may fail rather sooner than later. As MAX suggested, open controls overlay in DCS (RCtrl+Enter) or "game controllers" in Windows, then wiggle your stick a little and see if its neutral after this. Cuz mine's not: ] Same goes for the pedals and leafs on throttles if you have the full HOTAS setup. Also, do you have wind in your mission? Uneven loadout maybe? Stubbies2003 Posted May 18, 2020 Posted May 18, 2020 You won't get straight takeoffs from any airfield I have taken off from. Either the runway itself or wind I *always* have to use rudder to keep her on the centerline of the runway on airfield take offs. Sometimes left, sometimes right but if you thought you could just line it up and take off without using the rudder to maintain position on the runway you are sadly mistaken.
Razor18 Posted May 18, 2020 Posted May 18, 2020 I'm using T16000M no matter how I adjust curve, deadzone, etc full throttle without touch stick it leaning right slight adjustment using nws doesnt fix it, the higher the speed the more it try to lean right help me to fix this Please clarify or detail original question: waht do you mean by joystick leaning right? Do you see the joystick in cockpit lean right, or do you see it on the little controller indicator to go right, or what does make you say it is leaning right?
Thunderbird Posted May 18, 2020 Author Posted May 18, 2020 I figured its ok, it is the wind, compared using mission editor
