Nice. Any ETA on when these might be available? Looks like they are in early development.

Good timing on the post though based on my thread today asking for information. Can you provide any details on what systems each panel will model and how they will be sold?

Thanks.

You can't finish this fast enough. I will probably get this as soon as I see some end-user reviews. But given how much I like the throttle/startup panel, I just might pre-order it.

Can this be mounted onto the throttle box for those of us who do not use the desk mounts?

Yes of course, it's an independent device, you can mount on desk with out the throttle, hold it on the top of desk.

Panel are very easy than throttle and joystick ,it has no motion part, Middle of next month there should be full sample, and quantity produce very soon.

How much do you think each should sell?

These panels look awesome, I'd certainly be interested depending on the price. One suggestion I have is to change the emergency jettison push button to one that has a safety collar. It looks like it would be easy to accidentally hit the emergency jettison button in VR when trying to hit the a/a or a/g buttons. It would really suck to dump your mission stores when setting up for a drop. Cheers!

Typical button boxes that offer much less functionality and lower quality can cost up to $200. So I think $100 would be unrealistic. These are very well-made higher-end panels so $150-200 would be what I expect depending on current exchange rate.

PC: 5800X3D/4090, 11700K/3090, 9900K/2080Ti.

Joystick bases: TMW, VPC WarBRD, MT50CM2, VKB GFII, FSSB R3L

Joystick grips: TM (Warthog, F/A-18C), Realsimulator (F-16SGRH, F-18CGRH), VKB (Kosmosima LH, MCG, MCG Pro), VPC MongoosT50-CM2

Throttles: TMW, Winwing Super Taurus, Logitech Throttle Quadrant, Realsimulator Throttle (soon)

VR: HTC Vive/Pro, Oculus Rift/Quest 2, Valve Index, Varjo Aero, https://forum.dcs.world/topic/300065-varjo-aero-general-guide-for-new-owners/

Well, just a simple button box is a few SPST and various switches (not Mil Spec or anything fancy, just consumer grade), a few runs of wire and heat shrink, a PCB, control logic and I/O). All of this is not particularly expensive to manufacturer. Then there is a box / casing: metal and plastic. Bit of an expense to custom tool, but not if you are doing in volume. BUT... But...

The "but" is if you are doing custom tooling to produce replica buttons like the ones shown in the prototype photos: that is value added. LEDs inside and the correct script to be a replica of the F/A-18C. So that is something that turns this from just another button box into something worth paying more for.

I do wish Winwing would pay greater attention to details like the screw fittings: the square top screws fitted to the throttle box stick out the top surface of the button box instead of being recessed / flush with the top surface. Looks ridiculous. Yeah, I know, I am a perfectionist and details like that bug me. But if you are going to the trouble of making custom buttons, why not produce a box top that recesses the fittings properly into the panel? Surely that is an easy win?

I'm expecting $250-300 tbh but regardless...

I think one of the panels really needs flaps selection. The throttle panel doesn't have it, and it's an essential function.

GET REAL......

Well, I think that is how much it should cost, as this is not a replica panel, some sort of mix up Frankenstein.

I would pay more if I would get a replica with proper switches/knobs alignment.

However, let's see how the final product will look and work.

I doubt they are marketing this panel to cheapskates.
