razorseal Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 Hey guys, Jumped into the KA-50 after years and years of not playing. I have one major problem. I can't get trim to work. It's keyed to my X55 setup. I press it (tried pressing once, pressing/holding and going where I need to put it), and I hear the "click" for it. yet when I go back to center, trim does not stay. I messed with all 3 trim options in special settings for KA-50, I checked and verified trim is not setting correctly with the surface controls thingy (R-CTRL, ENTER). Fri13 Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 any help? And you have three Auto Pilot channels on your right panel lighted up as blue? You did accidentally activate the Flight Director, a fifth button separated from the four to the right of them? You need to have AP channels active to have trimmer operational.
