It seems like false positive.

 

Most likely. But never make assumptions when it comes to the security of your PC. The only acceptable answer is from the developer (Razbam) because they compiled the .dll. Anything else is pure speculation.

Please submit the file if you are not sure for investigation to your antivirus provider.

 

If you are happy you can exclude you dcs folder and run a cleanup and repair or verify for steam users.

 

It is most likely a false positive.

 

But this is a personal choice, security should be taken seriously by the user.
