C701 Radar variant?

I found this in the Waeapons folder of the ChineseAssetsPack. This is the C701, but has a radar cabin, instead of an IR or TV sensor, is this a future weapon of the JF-17 that will be guided trough radar? (Trough some kind of beam riding or something like that I guess?)

It's an anti-ship(speedboat in fact:)) version C-701, with active radar seeker.
