Another victim of the DCS 2.5.6 o̶v̶e̶r̶e̶x̶p̶o̶s̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶e̶x̶e̶r̶c̶i̶s̶e̶ lighting overhaul.

The radar in this otherwise beautifully lit pit has become extremely difficult to read, as there's a baked green reflection covering everything.

Result on lowest (top) and default(bottom) radar brightness settings:

There is a night-filter available which turns the radar into having a reddish hue. Currently only accessible via keycommands (Radar night filter Up / Down), but will be clickable in the future.

Another issue in the Viggen with the recent DCS lighting changes is, that the various warning/advisory lights (e.g. the Master Caution lights) don't illuminate the cockpit anymore, which looks pretty ugly :(

Are you running the latest beta? They should be fixed there.

If you mean that they are readable again, then yes, they are fixed in that regard, which is great! But what I'm talking about is that they don't illuminate their immediate sourroundings anymore like they did in the past.

See attached screenshots. Before ED messed with the lighting, those warning lights did shine on the cockpit textures nearby. Now they only glow for themselves, which looks rather ugly as there is a sharp edge between the glowing light itself and the unlit souroundings. And yes, I'm running the latest Open Beta.

Good news C:

Awesome! I was not aware of this.
