toutenglisse Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 Hi, I have an issue since a short time : dynamically spawned ground units don't react correctly to dynamic "mist.goroute" task. See the issue in the short video : normally the dotted line (route/path) links the group and the destination point until the group reach it. And when in range the engagement starts. Now the dotted line has its own start point (the group position initially, but not linked) moving to destination separately. And the group just moves a bit and stops. I knwo it is using Mist (so not only DCS tools). I see threads on AI infantry issue that looks maybe related to, so if someone can also have a look at this issue ?
Shadow KT Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 You can see similar, bugged behavior without MIST as well 'Shadow' Everybody gotta be offended and take it personally now-a-days
toutenglisse Posted June 26, 2020 Author Posted June 26, 2020 Thanks for information. I hope it is something that can be fixed. I've isolated the little script for this in a miz file. 1 out of many trials the group go and engage but most of times it moves a bit and stand there without engagement.Goroute-test.miz
toutenglisse Posted June 26, 2020 Author Posted June 26, 2020 For what it worth, "goroute" function can be kind of forced by repeating it. Here same miz file but "goroute" is repeated every 60 seconds and units of the group tend to go to fight, but erratically... Just in case it enlights something ?Goroute-test-2.miz
