topol-m Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 ^^^ LOL it`s not dead... I hope. :D I have very little time for searching right now, but it doesn`t look like a plane to me. Maybe a missile or a target drone. Let`s see what the others can find about it. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Namenlos Ein Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 This is UAV. It can be used as a target drone, recon platform, and, if equipped with warhead, for strike missions.
Spetz Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 This is the Ababil T/R used in Iran. Someone else can take my turn..can't upload pics at work..
Necroscope Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Can I... ? :) Easy one - name the plane. Всех убью, один останусь!

Necroscope Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 (edited) Exactly Antartis! As I said - the easy one. And a shadow was a clue :) It is my own photo from Kiev Aviation Museum(the best avia museum I've ever see in post-USSR). BTW - the middle weels on car were expanding to sides during landing gear extension. Edited March 4, 2010 by Necroscope Всех убью, один останусь!

Lucas_From_Hell Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 Hey IvanK, cut with the G tolerance talk and give us something to waste our times at, man! :P (Now seriously, glad to hear you're working with Team Daidalos in Il-2. It's always better to see some real pilots testing and working on things regarding aircraft behaviour than a bunch of guys who read something somewhere. I sort of thought of you when I saw the record of "Tester 1", because you mentioned in this very thread you learned instrument flight in a MB-326 [my question] and said you were the shooter in that Mirage III HUD picture. There was no doubt when, in the video, the nickname says "IvanK" :D) Back on topic, do it quickly or else... well, you know who'll come after ya' :music_whistling:
IvanK Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 You are a detective Lucas :) Ok similar vintage to the last :)
