yet a question, why not published on the head side if the game was publish? i think its an important info.

Russian language main page:

http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?lang=ru&end_pos=3&scr=newslist

If you can read it you will see that it's available in the CIS.

And I believe that we will see the same on the English version of this page when it's available for the rest of the world.

Just read the info and watch the videos and screenshots and youll get a good picture of what DCS is.

New engine is coming later as you probably know where everything will be "better". For now DCS:BS "speciality" will be the highly realistic working helicopter Kamov 50, and the world around it is updated LO:FC. And the flyables will be working in the new engine as well (correct me if im wrong). So my advice is to buy DCS:BS when its released and you will be happy.

if the engine is same like the FC, why not were the aircrafts moved from FC to DCS?

Because the focus of the new DCS product line is on high fidelitly simulation, and Eagle thought that the medium-realistic aircraft of FC would not integrate well with the new high-realisitc aircraft in DCS. Just think about problems of fairness etc. in head-to-head multiplayer. Plus I guess that licensing issues would have been a factor as well.
