Max Speed Reduced?

When flying straight and level and properly trimmed on the deck I used to get just below 350 MPH with throttle, turbo and prop RPM all locked together at maximum.

 

 

Now when I fly with cowling closed, gear up, flaps up and allow the engine and oil temps to warp up to the blue range before T/O I'm seeing anywhere from 260 to 300 MPH under the same conditions.

Yes, it seems that the P-47 underwent modest upgrade.

With the engine setting 56inHg/2700RPM is now approximately 25kph slower than before the last patch, at low altitude.

And 60+inHg coused some shaking and speed does not increase (because of no water), hope it will kill the engine too.

56" 2700rpm should get 310mph (sea level) at least when not using water injection at.

 

56" with water injection should be around 340mph on the deck.

 

Also depending on the fuel being modeled 60+inHg wont kill the engine even without water injection, it'll just be slightly slower than when it uses water injection. (slower by about 8-10mph)
