So why not RW?

There is no display technology today which can create real life image quality. Color depth, contrast, brightness or resolution. With an infinitely fast “frame rate” It just doesn’t exist. When you look at the sun in DCS are your retinas in your eyeballs burned by the brightness? Do you want them to be?

It’s conceivable that some day displays will achieve higher levels of color depth and resolution but even the current 4K HDR (DCS does not even have HDR) is not equal to what your eye can see in real life. Again I’m not sure why it’s necessary to explain this. Can’t you tell the difference between your screen and what you see in reality?
