Saruman Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 As per thread title, since latest update using the autopilot emergency disconnect paddle also disables Pitch SAS. I never noticed that before and I guess whether it is now intended. Besides, when I configure autopilot switches I cannot see any more the light on the right brow of the front monitor telling me that I must enable autopilot by depressing the autopilot reference button.

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

All SAS must be on, select mode and hit ENGAGE AP first. http://www.heatblur.se/F-14Manual/general.html#autopilot Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
Nealius Posted September 28, 2020 Posted September 28, 2020 It's intended. According to NATOPS it's a feature of the (IIRC) digital flight control system. I asked about it a while back because I was confused by the analog vs. digital systems and which one we had in our Tomcat.
Saruman Posted September 28, 2020 Author Posted September 28, 2020 Oh, never noticed that. Thanks for the feedback to all of you Inviato dal mio BLA-L29 utilizzando Tapatalk
