fixed [REPORTED]F-16 TAS CAS Switch Landing Gear

When TAS Switch is active, landing gear does not view CAS on HUD when it is turned on.

 

In real life

HUD shows CAS when landing gear is turned on.

Check note "Velocity Switch" for HUD remote control panel. With landing gear handle down or in DGFT, CAS will be displayed regardless of velocity switch position.
