[REPORTED] Default configuration for TM Warthog

On my first load, with a TM Warthog I had to goto Joystick config and reset the category to default. My coolie down was unmapped and coolie up was mapped down.

Trim hat switch also wasn't bound for me, but those other categories you referenced were bound.
