WS Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Please correct the Aerodrome data for all the DCS Nevada airports. For example McCarran Airport's runway is shown as 10,377m, but it is actually 14,505 feet. Similarly, McCarran's elevation is shown as 2,169m, but it actually 2,181 feet. Real F/A 18 pilots avoid runways less than 8,000 feet, having the correct aerodrome data in DCS World would really help figuring out where DCS users can land F/A 18s. I am a big fan of DCS! Thanks for all you do....Will
shu77 Posted October 5, 2020 Posted October 5, 2020 I've noticed a lot of aerodrome data errors in the F-10 maps, I tend not to use it myself and just measure the airfields for my work. It seems that data sits in a static file and doesnt always get updated as things change.
