You can enable the NS430 for most modules via the Special Options menu. See Pic.

 

 

In the meantime, open you Options.lua file located in 'Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Config'. Scroll down to the ["NS430"] section and replace all the values with 'true'. That will enable the NS430 for all modules in that list. Sweet button box by the way.
