Not unhappy at all, I was researching options for mission making. Others are more knowledgable than a noob like me, it would be stupid not to ask.

Could you share what those other means were?  I attempted to set up a flight of Ju-88s to carpet bomb a city and they only dropped the external bombs, even though I had them set to drop all bombs and they had internal bombs in the bay. 

Is the workaround to just not use the carpet bombing action, and use a regular ground attack action? I just thought of trying that while writing this. 

It's a shame the 88 that is modeled had it's level bombing capability removed to accomodate the torpedoes, which I assume is true.

The post has very outdated... WW2 carpet bombing work properly on Ju-88A-4/Torp. That is not a problem of the Ju-88, has a problem of the DCS core, with has no configurated to lauch mixed bombloads on a bombing run.

The actual Ju-88A/Torp can carry:

    • 2x AB-250-1 144x SD-2
    • 2x AB-250-2 17xSD-10A
    • 2x AB-500-1 34xSD-10A
    • 2x SC-250 Type 1 L2
    • 2x SC-250 Type 3 J
    • 2x SC-500 J
    • 2x SC-500 L2
    • 2x SD-250 Stg
    • 2x SD-500 A
  • Torps
    • 2x LTF-5D
• Bomb Bay:
  • Bombs
    • 10x SC-50

Has some bombs missing actualy on the Axis german bomb load as mines and fuel bomb tank, but the Ju-88A-4/T will be a feasible bomber.
